I have been on a multi year quest to add lag to my downswing. This device has really helped me start down with a slight pause and accelerate to get the click at the trail leg. After several weeks training indoors it was finally warm enough to get out on the course and accuracy with approach shots was improved. 12 GIR and 4 birdies.

I think this unit has taught me a better/proper release and what my body/arms needs to do to get it consistently. Hitting the ball with a different sound, straighter/longer when I practice with this on off days. I am not doing the speed training portion.

I can see what I have been lacking at the bottom of the swing. Very good.
