The training aid to end all other training aids.

I have used many swing aids and this one is the best. There is no way to cheat when using this club. Not only does it increase your swing speed and power, it increases your swing arc. Very happy with it! Service is untouchable!

One club to rule them?

Quality training aid. Ideal for working timing order release and also power/ speed. There isn’t a true structured program to follow along with but if you’re familiar with the concept it’s easy to figure out how to add a few one club sessions a week to drill particular traits (release/lag).

Not a be all end all but it is a useful training resource.

I use the one club to help me with my release and also the help strengthen my back I am glad I have it
