I discovered this training tool from a random YouTube video with a coach instructing a student on pressure transfer and sequencing. I always struggled to involve ground forces and swing with my body instead of arms. No joke that after a week with this tool, everything clicked. I went from carrying driver around 220 to regularly hitting 280-300+ total. I carry this in my bag, use it for warm up, and swing it every day. I recommend this tool to everyone who struggles with sequencing and getting their body into their swing.

I am so happy with this product! Last year I was experiencing tendinitis and lost all my power. Couldn’t return to my old self for the whole season until I got this. Just in two weeks, I got my clubhead speed back by 10mph! After training with them, the last two rounds were the best rounds of this year. My only regret is that I didn’t get this earlier this season. Overall, I feel stronger and I’m not scared or worried about my tendinitis coming back. Instead it is making me less injured.

I was introduced to 'One' by a friend and I could tell right away why I had lost so much distance, My swing sucked. After a couple of swings trying to snap the weight at impact, I started making it happen consistently, then adding another band.
